Corn Belt Clash to Kick-Off 2016 Season with Inaugural Trip to LaSalle Speedway with Thaw Brall

 

 

The Corn Belt Clash Series kicks off its 2016 racing season March 25th and 26th with its first trip to the high banked LaSalle Speedway in LaSalle, Illinois as its part of the annual Thawl Brawl. The event will be comprised of two complete shows with Friday night's event paying $5,000 to win and Saturday night's feature paying $15,000.

 

Time trials will be used for the event with Fast Time on Friday paying $500 and $1,000 on Saturday. Tire rules are LM 20, LM 40 and 55 on any corner. Friday's feature pays $300 to start and Saturday's is $800 to start. There will also be a Non-Qualifier's Feature that pays $1,000 to win and $100 to start and is eligible to any driver that did not make the A-Main event of both days. CBC and UMP National Points will also be awarded. Entry fees will be $75 on Friday and $125 on Saturday.

 

TIRE RULE: LM 20, LM 40, AND A 55 ON ANY CORNER ANYTIME IN ANY COMBINATION

 

General admission and pit pass prices:
Friday – $25 GA. Friday – $35 pits
Saturday – $30 GA. Saturday – $40 pits
2-day passes are available, but for convenience only, NOT at a discounted rate.

Hot laps @ 6:00 p.m.
Racing @ 7:00 p.m.
